I have just watched the Detroit Lions simply decimate New England! Who woulda thunk? Don’t get too excited, Brady doesn’t seem to be too upset and I guess I concur with him. There are a lot of games to go and this one doesn’t even count! Three years ago, the Lions went 4-0 in the preseason and then promply lost every game! Are they better than last year…absolutely! They may even go 8-8 this year if Stafford stays healthy, but don’t play the silly game! I hope they win every game (except for those against the Packers!) That should satisfy their ever effervescent fans! You have to give them credit for that!

I still think that the Packers are going to win the NFC North. I do think that as long as Stafford can stay healthy then the Lions will finish second in the North. The Lions are on the road to a better finish than last year that is for sure.
